Many companies invest huge sums of money on their own branding and company image; their mission statement, values, logo, website, even down to the font used in all written communication.
But the majority of companies fail to consider the professional presence of their employees and the effect this has on their overall corporate brand message.
This is a huge oversight. Employees are so often the first 'real' impression of your company. They are the ones out meeting, selling, pitching and interacting with potential clients and creating the lasting impression of your brand. Don't you want to make sure they are sending the right message?
Another factor that is often overlooked is that personal image has a big impact on confidence, and therefore when employees gain confidence in their wardrobe, it can have an impact on their performance.
Along with her style and wardrobe expertise, Lizzie is the only Executive Presence System Training Coach in the UK, having been trained and certified in 2015 by industry leader Diane Craig of Corporate Class, Toronto.
Diane is recognised as an innovator in modern leadership practices, and has been advising Fortune 500 companies, universities, politicians and private clients since 1981, and gaining a reputation for providing Executive Presence training across North America.
You can hear Lizzie being interviewed on BBC Business Daily about dressing for business here
"Lizzie ran a very successful session on Image and First Impressions for about 150 members of the EY Women's Network .
She talked us through why Personal Branding and appearance are important, and how to achieve the right professional image. Lizzie was really easy to work with, knew her stuff and invested a lot of time in helping make sure the session was pitched right given the diversity of the audience.
We had really positive feedback from the event from " I wish my whole team had come to this" to “This has really given me the kickstart I needed to make a change and get out of my rut, I had forgotten how important it is to look the part as well as act it. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again."
- Jenny Latham, Senior Manager, UK& I Advisory EY
Lizzie's group work is with:
- Forward thinking companies who invest in their staff, and that understand the importance of communicating a good professional image.
- Companies who want their staff to look stylish and up to date, rather than traditionally ‘corporate’.
- New employees, including graduate trainees.
- Executives and Board Members who want to improve their image and style, or those that are looking to be promoted into such roles.
- Employees who are involved in Leadership development schemes
- Sales teams; to enhance their professional presence to improve sales
“Lizzie gave a talk to a few of our clients about how to dress for the boardroom. She has the ability to put people at ease and made what is usually a daunting subject fun and more importantly achievable. I would certainly recommend Lizzie.”

Group training sessions
As an Image Consultant Lizzie specialises in working on Executive Presence for companies who want to support their female employees to gain confidence, look smart, and up to date.
Through our group training sessions she raise awareness of the importance of image and appearance, the concept of personal branding, and of having a professional appearance aligned with that.
For small groups we offer interactive workshops, offering the opportunity for personal feedback and individual advice and guidelines.
Our image programmes are designed to suit your company’s particular requirements, and can be delivered alone, or easily assimilated into existing leadership training or coaching programmes such as sales training, presentation skills, impact and influence, and leadership development.
Sessions range from a 60 minute presentation, to half-day or full days, and take place either in-house or off-site.
Working on your key issues and goals, all image programmes have clearly defined objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes and results.
"Whether working one on one, speaking to groups or running training sessions, Lizzie immediately engages everyone with her approach. With her expert knowledge she is able to bring out everyone's most authentic self, helping build each person's self-confidence. I regularly recommend my own clients to Lizzie with impressive results"

One to one sessions
When your employees need assistance to maximise their image potential to enable promotion, but lack the skill and know how, a one to one Executive Image Programme is the solution.
Many of our one to one clients are executives returning to work following maternity leave. For some women going back into the office after a break and such a huge change in their life can be stressful enough, without having to worry about what they are going to wear and needing to re stock their business wardrobe due to size and shape changes while juggling childcare. Companies can now assist their senior female staff by enabling them to have help in this.
We offer your busy senior executives an assessment of their current style, image and executive presence. We give practical information and solutions to enable them to optimise their professional appearance through image assessments, wardrobe and personal shopping sessions.
"Before, I adhered to the company dress policy, dressed “smartly”, but always ended up in comfortable, uninspiring, masculine suits, with flat shoes. It wasn’t that I didn’t know that I didn’t look my best, I just didn’t really have the confidence to do much about it!
I saw one of the partners in my office this morning, someone who was aware of the process I have been through and who made positive comments on my outfit after the shopping day, and she greeted me with “That’s a great outfit.” I smiled and she said “Saskia, whenever I see you now you are smiling. It is like you have this whole new world with your new wardrobe.”
