Long gone are the days when, if you were at all price conscious, you would have to head to the busy high street optician to buy your glasses. The last few years has seen an explosion of independent eyewear brands offering modern, chic styles, that do not cost the earth.
Vince is one of my favourite luxury brands, with uncomplicated yet refined pieces that approach dressing with a sense of ease. They offer simple, understated, yet beautifully cut clothing in quality fabrics. I especially love their silk tops!
The main intention of writing my new book was to highlight that your image, and how it affects your career progression, needs to be considered separately to fashion and shopping. Being aware of latest trends is always a benefit, but fashion and clothes is not actually the core theme of the book - even though it’s a style strategy!
Choosing well cut clothes that fit and flatter goes far deeper than the aesthetic; badly fitting clothes affect performance, confidence, morale and emotions too.
