We all love jeans, we trust jeans, they're always there in case of emergency when you can't think of anything else to wear. We have our comfy pair, our going out pair but not all of us have a coloured pair. This needs to change!

This season coloured denim is really popular and available all over the high street for all budgets, however not all of us have been brave enough to try this trend, but you shouldn't be afraid as anyone can wear it. Don't think that you can't 'pull it off' as so long as you stick to the style and shape that suits you, you're safe! It is also not just a trend for the 'young' women of all ages, could, and should, have at least one pair or jeans that is not blue or black.

Sure, some colours may be more suited for the more adventurous, but some are very subtle can can be a great way to add block colour to your winter wardrobe. Colour should be key in our winter wardrobes and not just saved for summer and by introducing colour to your jeans, you can make an everyday staple that little bit more eye catching.

It's quite possible that once you've tried a coloured pair of jeans on, you wont look back and they will become a key part of your wardrobe and you will begin to wonder how you coped without them! To give you some inspiration I've outlined some of my favourites below, so the next time you're out shopping be sure to try a few colours on and I'm sure you will fall in love with at least one, if not more!

You can be sure to find items that are on trend and won't break the bank in Topshop, and these 'forest' jeans do just that, in a lovely deep green, they're great way to introduce colour to your jean collection.
