3 of the Best | Work Backpacks

To save you having to carry your handbag, work bag, sometimes a laptop bag, and a gym kit it’s definitely worth investing in a smart looking work backpack.

It’s an item I am always on the look out for myself, for my clients, and it’s the most common item my business friends ask me for recommendations on, as they are often working from a different location every day, and need to carry their office in a good looking bag.

Here are my current favourite 3 of the Best Work Backpacks.

Clutch Bags

It's coming up to party season and most of us will be on the hunt for the perfect party dress (for which I will post about in due course so keep your eyes peeled!) but what is the perfect accompaniment to the party dress...the clutch bag.

Three Evening bags for Three Different Women

Evening bags are great as they don’t necessarily have to be quite muted or go with everything – they can be quite flashy or daring, or they could just compliment your outfit. Here are three ranging in price and crazines!

I love this Miu Miu cat print satin clutch! I’ll admit that it’s a bit “out there” as far as evening bags can go, but I was mad about the Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2010 collection and as I’m a little sad that I can’t get those fabulous swallow and diamante heels, I might just settle with the next best thing, which in my opinion is this cat print clutch. At £495 it is definitely on the pricey side, but I think it’s a great little piece that would work well with most things and is quite the fun, kitschy, statement item.

If you’re not a cat person like me, then how about another satin bag – this one courtesy of Karen Millen. It comes in three other colours, but I think this slightly off-white colour is the most classic and the one that would go with anything and everything. Although there are hundreds of satin box bags, what makes this one different in the pleating, which adds a new dimension to clutch. The custom made jewel enclosure adds a hint of glamour to the bag without being too blingy. At £89.95, it could very well become a wardrobe staple.

Lastly, here is an Accessorize clutch that isn’t quite as “look at me” as the previous two bags. The Brigitte Weave Clutch is a little more sophisticated than the others and with the weaving it rather resembles Bottega Veneta’s Knot Clutch bag, albeit with a much more healthy price tag of only £35. Out of the three I think this bag is the more versatile as it isn’t quite so blatantly “evening,” and so also could work well for a nice lunch.
