I was pleasantly surprised when visiting Jigsaw. Great for suits, blouses, and knitwear; I was spoilt for choice at a brand I hadn’t visited properly in some time. Proving it’s always worth a look in-store, as these long-standing names can still get it so right even after all of these seasons.
A mixed review for this week’s Friday Finds, as I headed to Whistles. Be sure to check out the full video, as well as my blog overview, and let me know your thoughts on the brand. Have you noticed the brand declining or was this just a bad season?
For everyday workwear at a mid-range price point; J Crew offers a fantastic range with a focus on colour and cashmere. With great quality clothing, fantastic customer service and a petite range - it’s a no brainer to give it a try. See this weeks Friday Finds for my picks, and try-on session.
High street favourite Zara is the perfect place to pick up lower budget, but on-trend, key items of the season. With a high turn around of stock, it’s always worth a wander into - especially if you’re still looking for a new coat for this winter! See this weeks Friday Finds for my picks, and try-on session.
Japanese clothing brand Uniqlo is one you’ve no doubt heard of - but maybe not one you’ve considered to shop at until now. With a huge range of clothing both online or in one of their many physical shops; Uniqlo is one that I consistently recommend to my clients as a go-to for basics, staple items and general wardrobe essentials. See this weeks Friday Finds for the full video on my must-have pieces from this season.
The Fold was founded by Polly McMaster, a successful businesswoman whose love of fashion was the inspiration to create a chic new brand for professional women. The brand’s values are totally aligned with mine, and I regularly take my clients there - which is why I asked Polly to write the introduction to my book. So, for this week’s Friday Finds I visited The Fold to show you some of the items I like from their latest collection.
For this week’s Friday Finds on IGTV I visited the London based workwear brand Dai. The capsule collection is thoughtfully functional and seamlessly versatile – “to move you from desk to dinner, meeting to networking, pitch to the plane.” I’m so pleased I went to try everything on and show the clothes ‘on a body’, as I don’t think you can see from an image how stretchy and comfortable the clothes are!
Below are the 4 items that caught my eye during a browse around the Oxford Circus H&M store last week.
I shared what I liked and didn’t like about each piece, the alterations I would make and how I would style them over on my Instagram Stories.
